Join Our Team – Sales / Business Development Manager
EBS FinTech is a leading provider of B2B fintech solutions, specializing in white-label and infrastructure services for brokers, proprietary trading firms, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand market reach, and strengthen our customer relationships across Asia and beyond.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in the financial services sector, including forex and securities brokers, proprietary trading firms, and crypto exchanges.
- Present and promote EBS FinTech’s products and services, including white-label brokerage solutions, exchange infrastructure, and operational support packages.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Attend fintech and trading industry events to network and promote brand awareness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management within fintech, trading, or B2B SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial brokerage systems, trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, xTrader), and crypto exchange infrastructure.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required – excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
