Technology shaped around your business

This page covers EBS FinTech’s own trading and prop products. Define the markets, account model and customer journey first; we then confirm the platform configuration and integrations available for your project.

01 · xTrader

Securities brokerage

A branded client experience and back office for supported securities workflows. Confirm the instruments, market data, execution and post-trade arrangements before defining the build.

  • Web and mobile trading interfaces
  • Client accounts, permissions and reporting
  • Connectivity assessed against your selected providers
02 · xTrader

Forex / CFD brokerage

Configure instruments, account groups and trading controls around your execution model and selected liquidity arrangements.

  • Branded trading and account workflows
  • Risk settings and operational reporting
  • Multi-LP connectivity where supported
03 · EBSWare Prop

Evaluation-based prop business

Organise trader evaluations, programme rules and account stages. Define simulated activity, any live trading arrangement and reward conditions separately.

  • Challenge and rule configuration
  • Trader progress and account-stage workflows
  • Payout review and administration

Instrument availability depends on the agreed platform scope, third-party access and applicable permissions. Cash equities and equity CFDs require different arrangements; availability of one does not establish support for the other.

EBSWare xTrader · Brokerage technology

A trading platform under your brand

xTrader brings the client trading experience and broker administration into a configurable EBS platform. We scope the front ends, account structure, instruments and operational connections around the business you intend to run.

  • Client experience: branded web and mobile interfaces, account access and trading workflows.
  • Broker administration: roles, permissions, account groups and reporting configuration.
  • Business connections: approved KYC, payment and CRM interfaces within the agreed scope.
  • Execution connections: integration with selected providers through compatible, authorised interfaces.

EBSWare Prop · Evaluation and operations

Make your programme rules clear and manageable

Use EBSWare Prop to configure evaluations, follow trader progress and manage administrative review. Start with the programme design, then define the account stages and trading environment each stage uses.

  • Evaluations: configure challenge stages, targets and risk-rule settings.
  • Trader journeys: account status, progress views and stage-transition workflows.
  • Operations: identity-check connections, payment workflows and payout review.
  • Learning: discuss available education features and any external content or webinar services during scoping.
Define the evaluation

Stages, targets, drawdown calculations and review rules.

Identify the account environment

Disclose whether each stage uses simulated accounts or an approved live trading arrangement.

Set reward and review conditions

Document eligibility, review responsibilities and payment conditions.

Configure the operations

Connect the agreed trading environment, identity checks and payment workflows.

Evaluation success does not itself mean live funding. The operator defines and discloses the account model, fees, refunds and reward terms, and is responsible for any capital allocation and payouts. EBS FinTech supplies technology; it does not fund traders or guarantee rewards. Traditional own-capital trading desks require a separate requirements assessment.

Product fit

Which solution fits your operating model?

Choose by the activity and workflows you need to manage. Neither route establishes permission to conduct a regulated business.

Integrations and responsibilities

Connect the services your operation needs

We review interface compatibility, access rights and data flows before committing to an integration. The proposal separates EBS platform work from services contracted with external providers.

Execution & market data

Scope supported provider connections and instrument mappings. The customer secures the required provider accounts, data rights and commercial agreements.

KYC & reporting integrations

Connect approved identity-check services and configure reporting workflows. The operator retains responsibility for onboarding decisions and its compliance obligations.

Payments & CRM

Map the agreed payment, reconciliation and customer-management workflows. Provider acceptance, payment approval and settlement remain with the relevant parties.

Customer-provided Bridge, where required. The customer procures and holds the software licence for any third-party Bridge. EBS FinTech does not supply, host, operate or maintain that Bridge. Our work is limited to the agreed platform-side interface integration and coordination, using supported interfaces such as FIX or REST where applicable.

Additional platform connections can be assessed on request. Availability requires technical validation, third-party licensing or approval where applicable, and an agreed commercial scope. No unverified connector is included by default.

From product fit to technical launch

A defined implementation process

These stages cover the platform project. Timing depends on the selected scope, customer readiness, third-party approvals and testing outcomes.

  1. Business & product fit

Identify the account model, target markets and suitable EBS product.

  2. Requirements & dependencies

Confirm workflows and the permissions, providers and access needed for delivery.

  3. Independent professional input

Where needed, introduce independent legal or regulatory professionals who contract separately with you.

  4. Environment planning

Agree hosting, access controls, backups and recovery requirements for the EBS platform.

  5. Platform & account configuration

Configure xTrader or EBSWare Prop, roles, accounts and the selected rules.

  6. Interface integration

Connect authorised provider interfaces within the agreed responsibility boundaries.

  7. Brand & client journey

Apply branding and configure the agreed trading, onboarding or evaluation experience.

  8. Testing & acceptance

Validate workflows, permissions, calculations and failure scenarios against agreed criteria.

  9. Technical launch & support

Complete handover and provide monitoring and response under the selected service plan, excluding third-party Bridge operations.

  10. Further development

Assess additional workflows, integrations or markets as separately agreed changes.

Common questions

Before choosing your platform

Is this an MT5 White Label service?

This page covers EBSWare xTrader and EBSWare Prop. For MetaTrader licensing, deployment architecture and technical decisions, visit our MT5 White Label page. Brand customisation of an EBS product is separate from a MetaTrader licensing arrangement.

I have no company or operating setup yet. Where should I start?

If your goal is an MT5 brokerage and you need a coordinated route from initial business setup through platform launch, start with MT5 Brokerage Setup. If you are choosing an EBS platform, use the enquiry form below to discuss product fit and technical requirements.

Does a prop evaluation lead to a real funded trading account?

Not automatically. Evaluation and subsequent programme stages may use simulated accounts. Any live account, capital allocation or reward arrangement must be expressly defined by the operator, supported by the necessary agreements and disclosed to participants. EBS FinTech does not provide trading capital or guarantee payouts.

Can you connect our preferred platforms and service providers?

We can assess the requested interfaces. The proposal identifies validated connections and any development still required. Third-party access, licensing, approval, documentation and commercial terms must be confirmed before inclusion. Chart embedding and execution connectivity are different scopes.

Do you provide or manage the Bridge?

No. Any third-party Bridge is procured and licensed by the customer. EBS FinTech does not supply, host, operate or maintain it. We provide only the agreed platform-side interface integration and coordination; Bridge support remains with the customer and its provider.

Do you provide legal advice, financial licences or client-fund custody?

No. EBS FinTech provides technology services, not investment, legal or regulatory advice. Independent professionals may be introduced and engaged separately. We do not issue financial licences, provide custody or hold client trading funds. The customer remains responsible for its business permissions and obligations.

What will the proposal and ongoing support cover?

The proposal defines the product configuration, integrations, acceptance criteria, delivery dependencies and fees. It distinguishes EBS software and technical services from third-party charges. Hosting, monitoring, response arrangements, updates and recovery work are provided only within the agreed service plan. Third-party Bridge operations are excluded.
