Do you provide end‑client trading services?
No. We provide software and infrastructure to businesses. We neither solicit retail clients nor hold customer funds.

What is a white‑label and what is included?
A white‑label allows you to launch under your brand on a proven technology stack. Packages typically include:

What front ends and devices are supported?
WebTrader, iOS/Android, and desktop. Real‑time quotes and charts, order types (market/limit/stop), OCO/OCA, advanced analytics, and notifications.
Which back‑office tools are included?
- Trader & account management, KYC status, deposits/withdrawals
- Risk dashboard: exposure, P/L, margin usage, alerts

Can xTrader connect to existing liquidity?
Yes. We connect via FIX 4.x/5.0 or bridge adapters to LPs/ECNs, including primary FX venues and crypto liquidity networks.

What does the prop stack include?
- Challenge builder (phases, targets, max daily/overall drawdown)

Do you support compliance for prop firms?
We provide configurable disclosures, geography filters, and KYC/AML hooks. Jurisdictional legal review remains the client’s responsibility.

What MT4/MT5 services are available?
Server installation & hardening, plugin management, bridge setup, monitoring, log retention, capacity planning, daily backups, and DR drills.
Can you migrate or scale existing MT4/5?
Yes—lift‑and‑shift, cross‑DC replication, and cluster/high‑availability topologies to minimize downtime and reduce latency.
06 Low‑Latency Hosting
Where can we host?
London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore and additional POPs upon request. Options: VPS, dedicated, or colocation; anycast/WAF/DDoS available.
What are typical latency targets?
In‑region intra‑DC single‑digit milliseconds for order routing; cross‑region optimized via premium transit and peering.
07 Liquidity & Market Access
How is liquidity integrated?
Via FIX API, bridge connectors, or venue SDKs. Smart‑routing supports A‑book, B‑book, or hybrid with markup, min/max spread, rejects, and throttles.
Do you support crypto market access?
Yes—connectors to major exchanges, prime brokers, and OTC desks; consolidated order book and risk limits per venue.

What external systems can we plug in?

Do you offer disaster recovery?
Yes—RPO/RTO objectives with periodic DR tests; backup encryption and geo‑replication.
10 Compliance & Legal
What compliance features are available?
Hreflang/geofencing by jurisdiction, product eligibility flags, configurable disclosures, KYC/AML hooks, and data‑retention policies. Legal authorization remains with the client.
Do you operate in sanctioned regions?
We do not provide services to sanctioned regions/parties. Clients must maintain their own sanctions screening and regulatory approvals.
11 Pricing & Deployment
What pricing models are available?
Implementation fee + monthly subscription. Optional add‑ons: additional venues, extra environments (UAT/staging), advanced analytics, and managed operations.
Can we self‑host?
Yes—subject to security and support prerequisites. Many clients choose managed hosting for faster time‑to‑market.
12 Support & SLA
What is your support model?
Tiered support (business hours to 24×7). Ticketing + Slack/Telegram bridges available. Optional incident post‑mortems and change advisory board (CAB).
Do you provide UAT and training?
Yes—sandbox environment, admin training, and runbooks for BAU operations.

Where is data stored?
Primary in the selected region with encrypted backups. Data processing adheres to client’s privacy policy and applicable laws (e.g., GDPR‑like principles).
Can we export raw data?
Yes—scheduled S3/Blob exports, database read replicas (subject to scope), and BI connectors.
14 Crypto & Token Issuance
What is included in token issuance?
Smart‑contract development (ERC‑20/BEP‑20), tokenomics advisory, branding, documentation/whitepaper, and listing support.
Do you support custody and wallets?
We integrate with third‑party wallet/custody providers; we do not directly hold client assets.
15 Payments & On‑/Off‑Ramps
Which payment options are available?
Card processors, bank transfers, alternative payment methods (APMs), and crypto on‑/off‑ramps via PSP partners. PCI DSS rests with the PSP; we tokenize where available.
16 Multilingual, SEO & Hreflang
